Has an attendee been refunded?

Use the Statements Report to identify if an attendee has been refunded.

  1. Login to Events and click the Reports button at the top
  2. Select your Event from the drop-down list
  3. Select Statements from the Report drop-down list
  4. Click the Show Report button

Identify a Cancelled statement from the list (shows a red "X" in the "Pd" (Paid) column. Click the View this statement button.

The Statement will show "Cancelled" immediately underneath the Statement number, and the Tax Invoice & Credit Note Details will show the amount refunded
