Levies are configured at the Union level (none Conference, Division or GC), where required, and are applied to the Mission entities below the Union (is set in Organisation Search / Edit - Levy Status field). A levy percentage is applied to selected accounts/non-local offerings, as at a specified Effective Date.
Levy Search
| 1 | Go to the Admin Menu, and select Levy Search. |
| 2 | You can either select a date range to search or just search everything by clicking Search. |
| 3 | This shows a list of all the levies that have been created and what their effective date is. It also shows how many lvies have been created as at the Effective Date, and what this group of levies totals. |
| 4 | Highlight the desired levy and this will show what this levy is made up of. |
| 5 | You can add a new row by clicking the |
| 6 | Enter the relevant information regarding the new row you are entering. |
| 7 | Click Save one complete. |
