Clients can easily be added and details updated as necessary following the steps below.
There are three two types of clients in ACAS:
- Givers – these names appear in the income screens and are able to be selected as the Treasurer in Organisation Edit.
- Suppliers – these names appear in the expense screens only
- Givers and Suppliers – these names appear in the income and expense screens

Go to the Admin menu, then click ClientClients. | |
2 | Select your search filters. These can either be one or a combination of the following:
Click Search. |
3 | Highlight the desired client that you wish to update. This will bring up the clients details. |
4 | If client is no longer needed, the desired client can be made inactive so that it does not appear in the income and expense screens by unselecting the 'Active' checkbox. |
5 | Once all changes have been made, click Save. |
6 | Under the Transaction tab, you are also able to see a list of all transactions that have been processed for the selected client. |
7 | If you wish to clear the search results, click the Clear button. |
