Insert Follow these steps on how to add attachments to receipts.

1Perform the Receipt Search for the
transactions
transaction you are wishing to add an attachment to.

Highlight the

desired

transaction and click on the Select button.
You can also double-click on a highlighted transaction to perform the same action. 

3This will take you to the related entry screen of the transaction and show the attachments area.
4Click Select File to choose the file that you wish to attach.

Navigate to where the desired file is saved, select the file, and click

open

Open.

The file is now attached to the receipt. 

  • Files can be viewed by clicking on the file name.

  • To download a file, click on the Download arrow.

  • To remove a file, click on the
Rubbish Bin
  • bin icon.
