There are two options to reset your password:

1. We can reset your password for you but you have to provide the verification token that was sent to you via email. (@Shaun, I am not sure how to rephrase this. )

Note: We can't reset the password login account unless we are authorized by the user to do so. Which means, we can only reset your password once you have provided the verification token that was sent to you via email. This is an information security feature.

Once you have provided us the verification token, you will then receive an automated email from noreply@adventist.org.au confirming the request for password reset and then you can click the reset this password link to reset your password.

2. The second option is, You can reset your password in eGIVING. To do so, follow the steps below:

 Go to the eGiving website: https://egiving.org.au or https://egiving.org.nz

At the right bottom of the

eGIVING

eGiving page, click the MyAdventist icon.

You will then be directed to the MyAdventist page. Click the Password login button.

Click the I forgot my password link.

 Enter your email address,

click

the the reCAPTCHA checkbox and then click Continue

You will then receive an automated email from noreply@adventist.org.au

Enter your new password, and re-enter it in the Confirm new password field. Click on the Checklist tab to ensure the requirements are met. Then click Set Password.

I am having trouble setting/changing my password?


MyAdventist has certain criteria when it comes to password creation.

If it doesn't meet this criteria, it will not be saved. 

Consider using a passphrase, for example: iLove$pring2018@), MarvellousGrace or WhenHeCometh (but avoid using these three specific examples).

Your password must meet the following:


Password requirements

Minimum password length, 
including at least:

  • upper case characters

  • lower case characters

12 characters

  • 1 character

  • 1 character

User name in password

Not permitted

Words from list of “easy” or “common” passwords

Not permitted

Number of remembered passwords
