This is a new report in ACAS, to make it easier for the Division to get required information. It allows the user to produce a report for one offering and see what entities, all the way to the church level, have given to the specific offering and how much. report shows how much has been given to a specific Non-Local Offering at the church level for the selected period. It is available to those with the Division Administrator role.
Notes:
This report is only available when in the South Pacific Division ledgerYou are only able to select one offering at a time and one period at a time
The report is generated in Excel format
The Period selected shows amounts rolled in to the SPD for that period. So if a church is late in closing periods, the amounts shown might be for and/or include prior periods.
