Editing a registration - v2

Login to Events, identify your event, click View Attendees

The attendees list appears
Identify the attendee whose registration is to be edited, click Edit this registration

For a multi-attendee event The event registration page will appear with a new (blank) attendee details. Click Attendees menu, select the attendee whose registration is to be edited.
 
For non-multi-attendee event

A multi-attendee event will show the person/profile stamp next to at least one section name in the page builder

The person's existing responses (to questions, ticket selection, etc) will be shown.
A yellow and red bar at the bottom of the screen indicates Edit mode.
 

  1. Adjust the person's responses (eg deselect existing tickets, select new tickets, change responses to questions, etc).
  2. Click Next at the top right of screen to advance through each section of the Event.

For a multi-attendee event1. At the Attendee Summary screen, to delete the new attendee that was added when you opened the registration to edit it, click on the delete (rubbishbin icon) button next to the last attendee's name in the list.
2. Click OK to confirm
3. Click Next (top right) to advance to the Summary screen.
 
For non-multi-attendee event

Check the changes are correct, then click Finish
 
Or, if there are further changes to be made, click the ticket name to return to the section where this ticket is displayed, or, click the attendee's name to edit their registration details

The Finalise statement screen appears.
Select from one of the three sections (Manual credit card entry, Other payments, or Email statement) so the adjusted amount can be reimbursed to/received from the attendee.
