If required, one or more attachments can be added to a receipt.
- In Receipt Search, find for the transaction you are wishing to add an attachment to.
- Highlight the transaction and click on the Select button.
You can also double-click on a highlighted transaction to perform the same action. - This will take you to the related entry screen of the transaction and show the attachments area.
- Click Select File to choose the file that you wish to attach.
- Navigate to where the desired file is saved, select the file, and click Open.
The file is now attached to the receipt.
- Files can be viewed by clicking on the file name.
- To download a file, click on the Download arrow.
- To remove a file, click on the rubbish bin icon.
