If you have tried to create a new myAdventist Password account and are receiving an error "Unable to create profile", the email address/account is already in use. This means it has already been set-up within myAdventist.


Option 1 - Recover My Profile for that email address/account.

Option 2 - create a new account with myAdventist


Note re using "+" in a gmail email address.

Gmail allows a "+" to be added in an email address, where characters after the "+" are ignored, e.g. Email+myadventist@gmail.com and Email@gmail.com are treated as the same email address
