Clients can easily be added and details updated as necessary following the steps below.

There are two types of clients in ACAS:

  • Givers – these names appear in the income screens and are able to be selected as the Treasurer in Organisation Edit.
  • Suppliers – these names appear in the expense screens only.

Go to the Admin menu, then click Clients.

Select your search filters. These can either be one or a combination of the following:

  • Given Name
  • Surname/Business Name
  • Type
  • State

Click Search.

Highlight the desired client that you wish to update. This will bring up the clients details.

If client is no longer needed, the desired client can be made inactive so that it does not appear in the income and expense screens by unselecting the 'Active' checkbox.

Once all changes have been made, click Save

Under the Transaction tab, you are also able to see a list of all transactions that have been processed for the selected client.

If you wish to clear the search results, click the Clear button.
