Clients are able to be deleted if they have not been used on any transactions.
1 | Go to the Admin menu, then click Clients. |
2 | Preform the search to show the desired client you wish to delete. |
3 | Highlight the desired client and click Delete. |
4 | This will bring up a message box asking you to confirm you wish to delete this client. If you wish to, click Ok, if you do not, click Cancel. |
In Step 3, if the Delete button is greyed out, it means that transactions exist for this client so it cannot be deleted. Instead, you can untick the Active checkbox to make the record inactive.
