Go to the Admin menu, then click Journal Search.

Select your search filters. These can either be one or a combination of the following:

  • Period From
  • Period To
  • Date From
  • Date to
  • In Progress
  • Journal Number

Click Search.

Once the search has been performed, this will show all transactions relating to the search options that have been selected.

The In Progress status relate to the following:

Yes - Journal is on hold.
No - Journal has been saved and posted.

Entries can now be viewed, deleted or a list of journal transactions printed. Click on the below links for more information.
