If you are receiving the error below when trying to create an account then this article is for you:
"Email/account is already in use. Please use the 'Recover AccountProfile' option if you forgot your password."
Option 1
It is advised that you create a new email account to be used with the account. With You may consider creating an email account with a free email service such as (e.g. gmail or hotmail

Option 2
If you and your spouse share one email address or if your email address is no longer supported by your previous login provider then option 2 is for you
If you are seeing the error above all you need to do is add a +(word or number or character) (eg. +1@gmail.com or +myadventist@gmail.com or +wife@gmail.com) just before the @ sign as shown below:

Emails sent to your email address with the +myadventist still appear in your email in box

Steps below:
- Browse https://myadventist.org. You will be directed to the login page. Click New Profile
- On the New Profile page, click the New Password Account option just below Staff Account then click Password
- Enter your name and email address with the +myadventist before the @ sign.
- You will then receive a notification email from noreply@adventist.org.au. Click the Set My Password link
- Set password
- You should now be able to login using the Password login option.
Note: If your reason to do this is because your email address is no longer supported by your previous login provider, contact servicedesk@adventist.org.au and request that your previous account be merged with the newly created profile.
