A bank deposit slip can be printed to take to the bank. However it will only be accurate if all cheque details have been entered correctly and no cheques have been entered as cash.
Bank Deposit Slip
| 1 | In the Income menu, select Bank Deposit Search. |
| 2 | Select the desired bank account that you wish to make the deposit into. |
| 3 | If you wish to define the search more, you can do this by selecting one or more of the following: Period, Date or Depositor. |
| 4 | Select the Status as 'Not Printed'. |
| 5 | Highlight the entry that you wish to deposit. |
| 6 | Click Print. |
| 7 | To physically print, click on the Print |
