Bank Deposit Search

The Bank Deposit Search screen is used for searching for bank deposits that have been entered to view / delete / reverse them, or print the Bank Deposit report.

Note: The Bank Deposit report no longer needs to be viewed in order for the journal to post. 

1. Go to the Income menu, then click Bank Deposit Search.
   
   

   Open

   

2. Select your search filters. These can either be one or a combination of the following:

   • Bank Account

   • Period

   • Date

   • Depositor

   • Status

   Click Search.

3. Once the search has been performed, this will show all transactions relating to the search options that have been selected.

4. Entries can now be viewed, deleted, reversed, or the Bank Deposit report printed. Click on the below links for more information.

   Select Bank Deposit

   Bank Deposit Reversal

   Print Bank Deposit

5. If you wish to clear the search results, click the Clear button.
