A bank deposit slip can be printed to take to the bank. However it will only be accurate if all cheque details have been entered correctly and no cheques have been entered as cash.

In the Income

menu

Menu,

select Bank

select Bank Deposit Search.

Select the desired bank account that you wish to make the deposit into.

If you wish to define the search more, you can do this by selecting one or more of the following:

  • Period
,
  • Date
or
  • Depositor
.

Select the Status as 'Not Printed'.

5Highlight the entry that you wish to deposit.

Click Print.

 to print the current page. You are also able to export this by clicking on Image Modified and choosing which format you wish to export it in.

Once this has been previewed or printed, to get back to the Receipt Search, click the "X" in the top right of the preview screen.
