This is how to do a bank deposit reversal. Preform the desired search to get the entry that needs to be reversed.

| 1 | Under the Income Menu, select Bank Deposit Search. |
| 2 | Preform the desired search to get the entry that needs to be reversed. |
| 3 | Highlight the line and click the |
| 4 | This will bring up a warning box. If you are sure you want to reverse this entry, click click OK. |
| 5 | Check all details are correct. |
| 6 | Enter a Reversal Reason. |
| 7 | Click Save to action the Reversal. |
| 8 | If you don't want to reverse the transaction, click Cancel to to exit this screen. |
