This is where you are able to search for bank deposits that have been entered.

Go to the Income

Menu

menu,

select

then click Bank Deposit Search

You are able to search on different parameters. Select one or more search parameters from

Select your search filters. These can either be one or a combination of the following:

  • Bank Account
  • Period
  • Date
  • Depositor
  • Status

Click Search

Once

you have selected

the

desired

search

parameters, click Search. 4This will bring up all entries that relate

has been performed, this will show all transactions relating to the search options that

has

have been

preformed

selected.

From here, you are able to create a new Bank Deposit, Select an entry, Delete an entry, Revers an entry or Print the search. How to preform each of these functions has be detailed in the relative sections. Details on how to do each of these are in the following links: 

Entries can now be viewed, deleted, reversed, sent or a list of receipts transactions printed. Click on the below links for more information.
