This is where you are able to put the system into read only. This allows for the ledgers to be viewed, but no additional data can be entered. Only certain levels of access are able to out the system into this mode.

- Go to the Admin menu, then click System.

- Click on the 'Read-only Mode' check box.

- Click Save.

- If the system has correctly been put into read-only mode, it will look like this.

- To take the system out of Read-only mode, do these steps again, but uncheck the 'Read-only Mode' check box.

- When the system has been returned to normal mode, data will be able to be entered into the entities ledger.
