System

This screen can only be viewed by users with the System Administrator role. This is where functions such as read-only mode are accessed, as well as where the email log can be viewed.

General

This tab shows when the non-production environments were last refreshed (shows details for the logged in environment), and has a button to be able to log out all user sessions. This function would only be used occasionally, such as if a deploy required it, or if there was an issue requiring all users to be logged out to resolve it.

Read-only Mode

This is where you are able to make ACAS read-only if required. This allows for the ledgers to be viewed, but no data can be entered or modified.

  1. Go to the Admin menu, then click System. 

  2. Under the Read-only Mode tab, click on the 'Read-only Mode' check box.

  3. Click Save. A message will confirm that the system is now in read-only mode.

  4. To take the system out of Read-only mode, uncheck the 'Read-only Mode' check box and click Save

Email Log

This is where all emails sent from ACAS can be viewed, and emails resent if required.

  1. Go to the Admin menu, then click System. 

  2. Under the Email Log tab, enter at least the Start Date, End Date and Ledger filters for the email/s you are looking for, then click Search.

  3. The search results will be displayed. If an email needs resending, click the Resend button on the relevant row.
