  1. Go to the Admin menu, then click Organisations. 
  2. Click on the  Button.
  3. Enter the information relating to the organisation you wish to set up. 
  4. The information that can be entered into each tab is as follows:

    • Details Tab
      • Code
      • Name
      • Address
      • City
      • State
      • Post Code
      • Country
      • Phone
      • Region
      • Pastor/Chief
      • Treasurer
      • Budget Start Month (this is a read-only field that is linked to the Financial Year Start month under the Periods tab)
      • Membership Count
      • ABN/CCR
      • GC Report Code
      • Levey Status
      • Email
      • Website of the church
  5. Periods Tab
    • Financial Year
    • Select which periods you wish to have active.
    • Click Save
  6. One the organisation has been created, you are able to enter/update the eGving information if required. 
  7. The information that can be entered is as follows.
    1. Giving Tab 
      • 'eGiving Enabled' - Check this box if you wish to have eGiving enabled for this organisation
      • 'eGiving Transactions' Automatically Process - Check this box if you wish for the eGiving transactions to process automatically
      • 'Merchant Fees' Pay for Child Entities - Check this box if you wish for this organisation to pay for the child entities merchant fees. This should be done at the Conference level.
      • CMF Account for Fees
      • Ledger Bank
      • Expense Account
      • Tax Account
      • Analysis 1
      • Analysis 2
      • API Key
      • Location - this is taken from the address on the details tab.
