Printing Bank deposit slip

A bank deposit slip can be printed to take to the bank. However it will only be accurate if all cheque details have been entered correctly and no cheques have been entered as cashusing the Cash payment method.

  1. Go to the Income menu, then click Bank Deposit Search.
  2. Select the desired bank account that you wish to make the deposit into. 
  3. If you wish to define the search more, you can do this by selecting one or more of the following:

    • Period
    • Date
    • Depositor
  4. Select the Status as 'Not Printed'.
  5. correct Bank Account and any further filters required. 
  6. Highlight the entry that you wish to deposit.Click print, then click Print
  7. To physically print, click The report will be displayed. Click on the Print Print  all to print all pages, or  to print the current page. You are also able to export this by clicking on Image Removed and choosing which format you wish to export it in.
  8. Once this has been previewed or printed, to get back to the Receipt Search, click the "X" in the top right of the preview screen. 
    Once this has been completed it will change the status of the deposit from 'Not Printed' to 'Printed'.
