Content Comparison

This function determines the % split among various SPD and GC offerings of the SPD and GC portions of the planned giving amount amounts that has have been rolled up. This is The allocations are set at the SPD and GC level organisations using non-local offerings already set upNon-Local Offerings, and must come to 100%. Historical rates can also be viewed.

1. Be in the South Pacific Division or General Conference organisation. Go to the Admin menu, then click Planned Giving Allocations.

2. You can either select a period range to search or just search everything by clicking Search.

3. To edit an existing Planned Giving Allocation entry, highlight it and this will bring up the details where you can update them. Select a Planned Giving Allocation row to view the details.

   Note that you are only permitted to edit allocations that have not been used in the Period Close process.Once complete click Save or Cancel to discard the changes.
   

   

4. To create a new allocation or to delete one, click on the relevant link to view the instructions:
