New Planned Giving Allocation
Follow these steps to create a new Planned Giving Allocation. This should be done whenever the offerings and/or percentages allocated require updating.
Go to the Admin menu, then click Planned Giving Allocation.
Click on the New button.
Enter the Effective Date, which must be in the future.
Click on the Add button to add offerings.
Select the desired offering from the dropdown menu. Enter the percentage relevant to that offering.
Continue adding all desired offerings until the Total Percentages comes to 100%.
If you have added an offering row that you wish to remove, click the Remove button.
Click Save.
