This is steps on how to delete a Receipt Entry that has been entered wrong. Only unprinted or unset entries can be deleted.
Delete Button
Once you have located the entry that needs to be deleted, click on the Delete Button. Receipt entries that have not been printed or emailed can be deleted if they are incorrect. Receipts that have been printed or emailed must be reversed.
Go to Receipt Search and find the receipt that requires deleting.
Highlight it and click on the Delete button.
This will bring up a message box asking if you are sure that you wish to delete the Receipt Entry. Click

OK if you are happy to continue or Cancel if you wish to return to the search.

Once you have clicked

the receipt will be deleted.
