Preform the desired Expense Search for the relevant information that you are wishing to print.

Go to the Admin menu, then click Expense Search.
Select the desired search parameters that you wish to print.
Click the Print button. This will display a report of the search results.

Click on the Export button and select the format that you wish to export the data in.
