This is a new report in ACAS, to make it easier for the Division to get required information. It allows the user to produce a report for one offering and see what entities, all the way to the church level, have given to the specific offering and how much.
Notes:
- This report is only available in the South Pacific Division ledger
- You are only able to select one offering at a time and one period at a time
- The report is generated in Excel format
- The Period selected shows amounts rolled in to the SPD for that period. So if a church is late in closing periods, the amounts shown might be for and/or include prior periods.
