How to login to the eGiving app - mobile login

These are the generic instructions for logging in to the eGiving app using the mobile login method. Please note, there may be variations in the workflow depending on whether you have an existing MyAdventist profile or not, and whether you have Location Services enabled or not. 

 

Step 1. Open the app.



Tap Next to read the information screens, or tap Skip to be taken to the login screen.



Step 2. Check the country code, tap the flag to change from AU to NZ (then +64 is displayed). Enter your mobile number and then tap Login.

An SMS code will be sent to verify your identify.



Step 3. Enter the code received, and tap Verify.



Step 4. Enable Touch ID, Face ID or set a PIN Code to allow quick access to the eGiving app.



Step 5. The Find Nearby Churches screen will be displayed, where you can search for your local church.



Step 6. Once you have selected your church, the Select Planned Giving screen will be displayed. For easier giving, tap the Set Home Church button to make this church your default.



Step 7. A confirmation message will be displayed, so tap Yes.

The Set Home Church icon will now be orange and have a tick.



You are now logged in and ready to make a gift.



When you have made your gift, just close the app rather than logging out so that your home church remains set. When you open the app next time, you only need to enter your phone number, then Touch ID / Face ID or PIN to proceed.
