Export data from GL2

The following data can be exported from GL2 as an Excel workbook:

  • Accounts

  • Sub-Accounts

  • Legacy Accounts

  • Opening Balances

  • Budgets

Ensure you are in the correct Ledger.

Go to Accounts and click on Accounts Maintenance.

Click Export.

Select the data you wish to export, and the correct Financial Year, then click OK.

Enter the file name and destination, then click Save.

Open the file in Excel to view the exported data.
