The Receipt Search screen is used for sending (printing or emailing) receipts, searching for receipts entered to view / edit / delete / reverse them, and printing a report of receipt transactions.

  1. Go to the Income menu, then click Receipt Search.

  2. Select your search filters. These can either be one or a combination of the following:

    • Period
    • Date
    • Giver
    • Receipt Number
    • Unsent Only
    • Emailed Only
    • Printed Only
    • Journal Number

    Click Search

  3. Once the search has been performed, this will show all transactions relating to the search options that have been selected. 

  4. Entries can now be viewed, deleted, reversed, sent or a list of receipts transactions printed. Click on the below links for more information.

    Select a Receipt

    Delete a Receipt

    Reverse a Receipt

    Printing Receipts or Send Receipts

    Add Attachments

    A new receipt can also be created by clicking the New button.

  5. If you wish to clear the search results, click the Clear button.
