You are able to print a list of expenses that you have searched in Expense Search. 

Printing Expense Search

  1. Preform the desired Expense Search for the relevant information that you are wishing to print.
  2. Click the Print option.
  3. **Insert Screenshot if needed**
  4. This will open a preview of what will be printed. 
  5. To print, click on the Print all pages, or to print the current page. (Not sure if you like the little icon pictures, thought I would try it, they can easily be removed.)
  6. Once this has been previewed or printed, to get back to the Expense Search, click the "X" in the top right of the preview screen. **Insert Screenshot**


Exporting Expense Search

  1. Preform the desired Expense Search for the relevant information that you are wishing to export.
  2. Click the Print option.
  3. **Insert Screenshot if needed**
  4. This will open a preview of what will be exported. 
  5. Click on the Export button and select the format that you wish to export the data in. (Not sure if you like the little icon pictures, thought I would try it, they can easily be removed.)
  6. Once this has been previewed or exported, to get back to the Expense Search, click the "X" in the top right of the preview screen. **Insert Screenshot**
