Follow these steps to create a new Planned Giving Allocation. This should be done whenever the offerings and/or percentages allocated require updating.
1 | Go to the Admin menu, then click Planned Giving Allocation. |
2 | Click on the New button. |
3 | Enter the Effective Date, which must be in the future. |
4 | Click on the Add button to add offerings. |
5 | Select the desired offering from the dropdown menu. Enter the percentage relevant to that offering. |
6 | Continue adding all desired offerings until the Total Percentages comes to 100%. |
7 | If you have added an offering row that you wish to remove, click the Remove button. |
8 | Click Save. |
