Follow these steps to create a new Planned Giving Allocation. This should be done whenever the offerings and/or percentages allocated require updating.

1Go to the Admin menu, then click Planned Giving Allocation.

Click on the New button. 

3Enter the Effective Date, which must be in the future.

Click on the Add button to add offerings.

5Select the desired offering from the dropdown menu. Enter the percentage relevant to that offering.

Continue adding all desired offerings until the Total Percentages comes to 100%.

If you have added an offering row that you wish to remove, click the Remove button.

Click Save.
