How to change the email address used with MyAdventist
Follow the steps from the relevant section below to change the email address used in your MyAdventist profile.
Staff profile
1 | Contact Service Desk. Staff email addresses are amended by the Service Desk team. |
Password profile
1 | Login using your existing password profile at https://myadventist.org/. |
2 | Click your username (top right). On the menu that appears, click My logins... |
3 | Click Create a new password login. Click myAdventist Password Account. |
4 | Type your new email address, click Add. |
5 | A confirmation email is sent to the new email address. In a separate browsing window, login to your new email address's mail, click the link in the email from 'noreply'. |
6 | Logout of myAdventist. Log back in using your new email address. |
7 | Click your username (top right). In the menu that appears, click My logins... |
8 | Click the red drop-down arrow to the right of the old password email address and select Remove login. Confirm (if requested). The email address associated with your MyAdventist Password profile has now been updated to the new email address and the old email address removed. |
Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Yahoo profiles
1 | Refer to your email provider's instructions on how to change your email address |
Microsoft Work or School profiles
1 | Contact Service Desk. Work and School email addresses are amended by the Service Desk team. |
