Add Attachments to Receipts

If required, one or more attachments can be added to a receipt.

  1. In Receipt Search, find the transaction you are wishing to add an attachment to.

  2. Highlight the transaction and click on the Select button.
    You can also double-click on a highlighted transaction to perform the same action. 

  3. This will take you to the related entry screen of the transaction and show the attachments area.


  4. Click Select file or Attach from Library to choose the file that you wish to attach. 

  5. Navigate to where the desired file is saved, select the file, and click Open.

  6. The file is now attached to the receipt. 

    • Files can be viewed by clicking on the file name.

    • To download a file, click on the Download arrow. 

    • To remove a file, click on the rubbish bin icon.
