Historical Accounts

This is where you can view the account mapping from Tithes & Offerings to ACAS. 

1. Go to the General Ledger menu, then click Historical Accounts.

2. Select your search filters. These can either be one or a combination of the following:

   • Legacy Code

   • Legacy Name

   • Account

   Click Search.

3. Once the search has been performed, this will show all accounts relating to the search options that have been selected.

Definitions

• Legacy Code = account code from Tithes & Offerings

• Legacy Name = account name from Tithes & Offerings

• Code = new account code in ACAS

• Name = new account name in ACAS
