How to view past online transactions in eGiving
1. Open https://egiving.org.au or https://egiving.org.nz in your web browser.
2. Click the MyAdventist Icon located on the lower right of the eGiving page
2. You will be directed to the MyAdventist log in page. Click the icon of the provider you used or you want to use to create your MyAdventist account and log in/create your account.
If you don't have a MyAdventist profile, kindly follow steps on this link on How to create a MyAdventist profile via the eGiving website
3. Once you have successfully logged in, you will be directed back to the eGiving website. Then click View past online transactions link located on the lower right of the page to view the summary of your past donations/transactions
4. You will be directed to a page where you can view all your past transactions/donations. Just click the date (in blue) to view or download your receipt, and then print it (if required).
If there are some donations/transactions that you can't find in the list, contact service desk at servicedesk@adventist.org.au and request for those transactions to be linked to your myAdventist profile. You may have to provide the receipt # and/or email address that you used when you made your donation.
