Offering Calendar

The Offering Calendar shows the offerings that have been set up each week for each "offering bucket" (Weekly Church Offering, Sabbath School and ADRA). This is what eGiving uses to determine the offering shown for each offering bucket.

Where an offering has not been specified for the Weekly Church Offering, it defaults to the Local Church Budget offering.

1. Go to the Admin menu, then click Offering Calendar.

2. Select your search filters:

   • Year

   • Bucket 

3. This will bring up a list of all offerings that have been assigned for the selected Year and Bucket.
   
   

   Open

   

Changes can only be made for a Year where the offering is in the future, and when you are in the ledger of the Organisation that manages the offering of the week in question. If changes need to be made for the current week, please contact Service Desk.

Setup for Comprehensive Health Ministry offering

This offering is configured differently for Australia, New Zealand and the Missions. This means there are three offerings set up at the SPD level. The Offering Calendar needs to be configured as follows:

1. SPD organisation - do not select an offering for this week

2. AUC organisation - select the Comprehensive Health Ministry (Australia) (SPD) offering

3. NZPUC organisation - Health (NZ) (SPD) offering
