This page should go in an internal help section, as only Sys Admins will have access to it. Determine the best way of doing this, e.g. don't want the help separated, but will it be confusing if church treasurers or conferences see this page?



This feature allows System Administrators to include or exclude accounts from showing in entry screens and on report filters where a list of accounts is displayed. This is to make data entry easier for church treasurers, as the system will not allow potentially incorrect accounts to be posted to.



An example of where it is used in for the Expense Entry screen. All Trade Receivable accounts have been excluded, which prevents users from posting to any of these accounts from this screen.
