Planned Giving

This function determines what the % allocation of planned giving is to for each entity. E.g. Local Church - 50%, Local Mission - 20%, Union Mission - 6%, Division - 4%, General Conference - 20%.

1. Go to the Admin menu, then click Planned Giving.

2. Select a row to view the details. Note that editing is only allowed if the Planned Giving record has not been used in the Period Close process. If it has, editing will be prevented.

3. To create a new allocation or to delete one, click on the relevant link to view the instructions:

   • New Planned Giving

   • Delete Planned Giving
