Planned Giving Allocations

This function determines the % split among various SPD and GC offerings of the SPD and GC portions of the planned giving amounts that have been rolled up. The allocations are set at the SPD and GC organisations using Non-Local Offerings, and must come to 100%. Historical rates can also be viewed.

1. Be in the South Pacific Division or General Conference organisation. Go to the Admin menu, then click Planned Giving Allocations.

2. Select a Planned Giving Allocation row to view the details.

   Note that you are only permitted to edit allocations that have not been used in the Period Close process.

3. To create a new allocation or to delete one, click on the relevant link to view the instructions:

   • Create New Planned Giving Allocation

   • Delete Planned Giving Allocation
