eGiving Images

This is a shared repository of images available to be used on eGiving offerings. Local church treasurers through to Division Administrators can add new images. Only users from the Owner entity may edit or delete images, and images may only be deleted if they are not currently used on on an offering.

1. Go to the Admin menu , then click eGiving Images.
   
   

   Open

   

2. If you wish to edit an image that has already been created, click on the pencil icon and update the relevant information.

   1. Note that the pencil icon will be greyed out if you are not in the organisation showing in the Owner column.

3. If you want to create a new eGiving image, click the New Button. 

4. Enter the Display Name and select the file you wish to show. 

   Note that the file must meet certain specifications:

   • Dimensions - 150px wide x 104 px high

   • File size - maximum of 150KB

   • File type - can be JPG or PNG
     
     

     Open

     

5. Click Save.

6. If you want to delete an image, this can be done by clicking the Delete icon.
   Offering images can only be deleted by a user from the Owner organisation. The Delete icon will be grey for all other users.

   It will also be greyed out if the image is in use on one or more offerings.
