Delete Planned Giving

If a Planned Giving record has not been used in the Period Close process, it may be deleted.

1. Go to the Admin menu, then click Planned Giving.

2. Perform the search and identify the desired row to delete.

3. Highlight the row and click on the Delete button.

4. This will bring up a confirmation message. Click OK if you wish to delete the Planned Giving record, otherwise click Cancel.

   If the Planned Giving record has been used, a message will pop-up to advise it may not be deleted.
