Event shows as sold out - items to check

There are a number of scenarios that could result in your Event showing as 'sold out' when attendees arrive at the event webpage. Below are items to check.

On the Ticketing tab, review the Attendee limit. If the maximum number of attendees has already been reached, the event will show as sold out. Consider adjusting the Attendee limit.

Review the ticket options by clicking Edit this ticket type.

Identify if any tickets are set with the option of "Only one ticket can be purchased per registration" - if this ticket is sold out, then the whole event will be marked as sold out. Consider changing that ticket to another option e.g. "optional service or product offered".

In the Form Builder, review the ticket settings: double-click a ticket to open its settings.

Identify if the ticket has a sale minimum of 1 or more - this makes the ticket compulsory. Review the total tickets available, and number sold. Once this ticket is sold out, then the whole event may be marked as sold out. Consider adjusting the Total tickets available, and/or making the Sale minimum 0 so the ticket is optional instead of compulsory.
