Check-in settings Info Tickets

Select which tickets from the event registration webpage are shown on the attendee's info dialog in Checkin. 

Note this feature is only configured for V1 Events. V2 ticket selection is not currently configured to display in the attendee's info dialog (in progress...).

Where you anticipate attendees will ask you questions about particular tickets they have purchased at checkin, consider adding those tickets to the attendee info dialog, for quick reference.

When logged-in to Events, click the Checkin button (green tick) next to the Event Title

Click Settings in the Admin access section

Click Info Tickets

Click Add to add a ticket to display in the info dialog for attendees

Complete the fields, click Create (example shown below is for event-operated shuttlebus transfer to and from the event)

Caption - this text appears on the dialog form as a title for the question responses
TicketType - select which ticket's response/selection is to be displayed
Category - optional, select from drop-down list if you have added a category(s)
Order - determines the question's order/place on the info dialog; items with the same order are sorted alphabetically; 0 = first, 1 = second, and so on

Infoticket is shown. To delete it, click the red 'x' button at right

Repeat steps 4-6 to add more info tickets to the attendee's info dialog



Sample: find an attendee and click on their name, the attendee's info dialogue appears, showing if they have purchased the shuttlebus ticket

Examples of info tickets you may wish to display on the attendees info dialogue: meal tickets, shuttlebus purchases, resources already paid for, etc.
