Summary of changes

1. Income | Bank Deposit Search – fixed unhandled error when clicking Print on unprinted bank deposit. This was only in churches where a Bank Deposit Entry had never been done before.

2. Reports | Monthly Report – where the amount rolled up from a church was $0, the report shows the correct period for the conference to process it in.

3. Admin | Journal Search – fixed Internal Server Error when clicking Print.

4. Admin | Clients – extending the BPAY Ref. field to allow 20 characters instead of only 10, and fixed the validation message on this field.

5. Admin | Manage Accounts – no more unhandled error when selecting sub-accounts. This bug was introduced in the last deploy, sorry about that.
