Summary of changes:

• Income | Receipt Search - reversing $0 receipts will now give a warning to advise they can't be reversed, rather than an unhandled error.

• Reports | Scheduled Giving Per Offering - updates have been made, so the report has been made available again. Please run it and advise if anything looks strange, e.g. Australian churches showing for a New Zealand only offering.

• Prohibit Posting field has been added to Accounts and Non-Local Offerings. This function can be used where the account or offering is to be made inactive but currently has a balance, so the Inactive checkbox cannot be ticked.

  • Ticking this box prevents the account being used on all entry screens. Automatic entries are still able to be done though, such as Roll-Up and Roll-In journals, and Year End journals. The account will still be available to be filtered on in reports.

  • The account/Non-Local Offering must be hidden from eGiving before Prohibit Posting can be ticked (warning pop-up will notify you if this has not been done).

  • Accounts/Non-Local Offerings that are required on eGiving may not have Prohibit Posting ticked, e.g. Sabbath School (12 or 13 Sabbaths), Tithe, offerings used as an Offering of the Week in the future.

  • Only roles will permissions to edit accounts / Non-Local Offerings are able to edit the Prohibit Posting field. If you tick this field on a Non-Local Offering, it would be good to communicate this to all downstream users.

  • Review any accounts/Non-Local Offerings with "Do Not Use" or similar in the name and tick Prohibit Posting while you are working on clearing the balances and making them inactive. 

• Search screens - now allow drilldown to existing attachments directly from the Attachment column.

• Attachments to journals - fixed few reported issues.

• Technical updates and bug fixes.
