Summary of changes

  1. Income | Donation Tax Summaries

    1. Any produced before the update will still exist but won't appear on any searches to be previewed or re-generated.

    2. Fixes to include donations made anonymously but were manually linked to a MyAdventist profile (these weren’t showing on the DTS)

    3. $5 DTS minimum limit is now working, so DTS with a total of less than $5 will not be produced.

    4. New checkbox added on the Giver record called "Prohibit DTS Report". Tick this for Giver records such as any manually created Treasurer or Deacon type records. It has been ticked for the Global Giver records of "Anonymous" and "Deacon".

  2. Period Close | Period Close

    1. Payments made as part of Period Close now show the CMF Reference when searched on in Payment Search.

    2. Bank Reconciliation Verification section now only shows accounts with the Sub-Account type of "Bank" (was previously showing Petty Cash accounts too)

  3. Reports | Chart of Accounts - has been updated to include information from the Tax tab on Income accounts (Tax Country, Tax Certificate, Tax Certificate Holder)

  4. Reports | T&O Analysis (Export Report button) - the sort order has been fixed so it is always alphabetical, and a row Total has been added.

  5. Reports | Year End Status - a new report has been created which is available at the Conference level, which lists all active churches, their Last Financial Year Closed (by the Year End process), and the Last Month of Financial Year.

  6. Admin | Clients - the Transactions tab now uses all the available space to show transaction rows.

  7. Admin | Journal Entry - fixed a bug where the balance of the journal wasn't being re-calculated if rows were deleted.

  8. Admin | Journal Search - fixed a bug where journals held with a prior Period and Date being saved in the current period. This now works without giving date validation errors.

  9. Admin | Non-Local Offerings

    1. If a Tax row was missing, it can be added even if there are transactions. Receipts that are reprinted after the Tax row is added will then show the tax deductible information.

    2. The Add and Remove buttons now show under the Tax tab. If the Remove button is clicked on a Tax row but there are transactions using this offering, a warning pop-up will appear and prevent the row from being deleted.

    3. The "Hide from eGiving" checkbox now defaults to being selected when creating a new offering. It can be unticked though. Also fixed a bug with the checkbox.

  10. Admin | Users - all "Admin" roles can now manage users with the "Treasury Staff" and "Auditor Reports Only" roles.

  11. All Entry screens - validation on Date fields has been added, so that incorrect dates cannot be entered. e.g. 05/02/0223. If a date prior to 2000 is entered, red text will appear advising to enter a date on or after 01/01/2000.

  12. Receipt and Expenses screens - now show the Giver/Supplier Code as well as the name, when entering transactions and drilling in to existing transactions.

  13. Minor bugs fixed found when reviewing application monitoring
