Summary of changes:
Income | Bank Deposit Entry - further work done to allow $0 bank deposits (e.g. where positive and negative receipts are selected that total $0) and the reversal of $0 bank deposits.
Expenses | Expense Search - the New Express button has been added.
Period Close | Bank Reconciliation - further filter changes done, Clear button added.
Reports | Funds Report - Reconciliation section added with filter to show/hide.
Reports | Offering Comparison - improvements to the XLSX and CSV exports.
Reports | Scheduled Giving per Offering - run this report if an offering needs to be hidden from eGiving, to check whether there are existing schedules or BPAY templates. Contact the givers to request they cancel the schedule / BPAY template before the offering is hidden from eGiving.
Admin | Accounts - better handling around making sub-accounts inactive and re-activating them.
Admin | Organisations - the Pay Levies option is hidden for all ledgers except Conferences/Missions, as it only applies to them.
Entry screens - allow attachments to be done before the entry is saved.
Technical updates and minor bug fixes.
1st birthday items! There are three Easter Eggs (special hidden features) that "do" something, and two little changes on the Home screen. They will start tomorrow and will be available just for the month of November (except for one – I’ll tell you later which one 🤐). Happy hunting!
