Summary of changes.
Income | Receipt Entry – fixed an issue where the Payment Method showed as EFT (or anything other than Cash or Cheque) but the Bank Account was the Cash Drawer. This scenario should not be possible.
Income | Receipt Search – updated the Receipt Details report to include the Details and Receipt No. columns.
Reports | Journal Export – Planned Giving accounts have now been added for those entities that use Planned Giving. Please check the data carefully and advise if any issues.
Reports | Monthly Report – when reprinting the Monthly Report after the Year End process has been run, the Received column is now correct. The Monthly Report was updated to exclude RET journals.
Admin | Historical Accounts – added an Export button so the search results can be exported.
Admin | Manage Accounts – added an extra function so that the Local Church Treasurer role is able to edit the Budget tab of accounts/sub-accounts.
Optimised the queries to improve the speed/resource usage of the following reports – Expense Search, Income Summary, Tithes and Offerings
Note: The Journal Export report for multi-currency entities seems to have an issue with the Paying column, for Tithe and offerings where the entity was to retain a portion and roll up the rest. The Receiving column data is believed to be correct though, as is the Monthly Report. We came across this while adding the Planned Giving accounts. We are fixing this now and it should be resolved later this week or early next week.
