Summary of changes:

• Admin | Offering Calendar - updates made so that only the correct users can edit the Sabbath School calendar and ADRA Where It's Needed most calendar.

  • Sabbath School calendar - only editable by a Division Administrator user in the General Conference ledger

  • ADRA Where It's Needed most calendar - only editable by a Division Administrator or Union Administrator user when in the Australian Union Conference ledger

• Deploy notifications - to make deploys more visible to users that are logged in to ACAS at the time of the deploy, notifications have been created (note that the screenshots are from the Staging environment, and dark mode was activated). You will see this if you are logged in the next time a deploy is done.

  • 5 minutes before a deploy is going to be done, a pop-up message will be displayed asking users to save their work.

  • When the deploy is happening, the message will change to "ACAS updates are in progress. Note that if you have unsaved changes, you may get an error when trying to save."

  • Once the updates are deployed, the message will say "ACAS updates have been applied. Please reload the page before continuing."

  • A new icon will also be displayed when a deploy is taking place, and if it is clicked, it will display the applicable deploy message.
